[pvrusb2] Can't get Hauppauge HVR-1950 to work

In digital mode that message is harmless. It's also harmless if the
device isn't streaming (once it starts streaming the video input will be
set).

Over what interval of time does the above happen? Seconds? Minutes?

I've never seen these messages before (s5h1411 errors). Those do not
come from the pvrusb2 driver (likely instead the tuner module). This
might be suggestive of a real hardware problem :-(

Have you tried exercising the device under Windows? (Are you able to
try it under Windows?)
