Actually last night I did a lot of updating of the web pages, and there's 
a pile of tda9887 stuff there now.  Please have a look and tell me if you 
think it's good enough.

(No, the html files in the doc/ directory of the snapshot don't have these 
changes, since I made these updates after the last snapshot.)
