[pvrusb2] recent problem: getting frontend status failed

I have tried that too, but usually (always?) it is enough to unplug/re-plug
the usb cable from the computer.  I vaguely remember one time when doing
this didn't seem to solve the problem, so I did the AC power cycling.
Maybe that helped, maybe it was just waiting longer, or maybe the phase of
the moon...

I was watching to try to catch the change from working backend to
locked-up tuner.  Here is the relevant part of the messages.  Time
stamps left as they might be critical.  Of note: the show that just
finished recording was on channel 13.3.  The problem seems to be caused
when the EIT sub-system attempts to change the channel to 31.1.

At the same time, a commflag and a transcode were keeping the system
quite busy.

After a suitably long timeout (a minute? minutes?) mythbackend stops
trying after hundreds of "status failed" messages, but the tuner is then
locked-up and needs to be reset with the unplug/replug procedure.
