[pvrusb2] Some install guidance on WinTV PVR2 USB

The only advice I could give, is have you tried XBMC? I spent so many hours on MythTV that I hate to think of it. Finally got it working and never liked it. Just always a fight it seemed. The XBMC while I've not spent any time on it to speak of, looks like a much easier setup.
