[pvrusb2] pvrusb2 latest snapshot with F15 and even 2.6.38.8 vanilla

When I try to add a capture card in mythtv -- my wintv-pvrusb2 doesn't 
show up.  This is with the latest driver snapshot from isely.net and 
even trying 2.6.38.8.

Anyone off the top of their head know the solution?
