Hello,
I've got a really similar problem in Mythbuntu 10.04 LTS when
suspending/resuming/unloading the pvrusb2 module.
I've already reported it to Ubuntu launchpad:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/mythbuntu/+bug/580176
Could you please provide a patch against 2.6.32 which fixes the issue?
