[pvrusb2] pvrusb2 fix in 2.6.27.x stable tree?

:( and it is still no working with the current Ibex.
I'm not sure there is a way to see that bug fixed before the release :(
I can imagine that ubuntu devel don't want to change something in the 
kernel at this stage...but but but this fix is obvious and there is no 
side effect!

In funny way, I use kvm and I'm not able to reproduce the dead lock. 
rmmod pvrusb2 seems to work well (but of course, modprobe pvrusb2 fails 
to create /dev/videoX (same error message as on my real box)). I have no 
clue where the difference comes from.
