Today the update changed the kernel to 2.6.27-10 and broke the PVRUSB2 driver again for me. My wireless NIC works this time so rather than roll back I would like to try to fix it this time to avoid this cycle. :-)
You're probably using ndiswrapper for wireless nic. Compiling
ndiswrapper against kernel-2.6.27.5 & 2.6.27.6 was broke.
kernel-2.6.27.7 was just released and I was finally able to compile
ndiswrapper against the kernel.

If you were using initusbreset within your modules.conf for the past few
kernels that hosted a broken pvrusb2/usb stack, you now need to remove
it to be able to modprobe pvrusb2 driver.
I'm sure Mike already put the details here on this.
