Hmm, well it they had dropped the driver then that should not have had 
anything to do with your bluetooth stuff hanging.  So I'm not sure what 
is going on.  All I can say is that the kernel developers don't consider 
2.6.27 to be stable yet, so you're really on the bleeding edge if you 
were to try it...
