[pvrusb2] New driver snapshot: pvrusb2-mci-20071124

A new pvrusb2 snapshot is available.

There is only a single change:

  (+) Enable support for "GOTVIEW USB2.0 DVD2" hardware.

Actual code changes to support this device (after all the previous prep 
work) were just a few table entries.  The pvrusb2 driver documentation 
has been changed / updated in numerous places to account for the new 
hardware.
