Television and (presumably; I've never used it) radio inputs include their own 
audio streams. The S-video and composite inputs are both paired with the RCA 
audio jacks; they take audio input from those jacks. If you want to use both 
composite and S-video inputs, you'll need to find a way to feed audio input 
from the appropriate associated source, such as a separate switch box. By 
design, neither composite nor S-video includes audio on the same cable or 
connector as the video, hence the need for separate audio connectors.
