[pvrusb2] frequencies below 50MHz

I see our messages crossed in the e-mail. Look earlier in your dmesg
output. Go to the spot where the driver is first loaded and you will
see a banner. That will help to identify the driver version. Please
also tell me the kernel version you are using, ESPECIALLY if you are
using the in-kernel version of the driver (and if you don't know what I
mean by "in-kernel" then you are most probably using the in-kernel
driver version).
