[pvrusb2] New driver snapshot: pvrusb2-mci-20070407

A new pvrusb2 snapshot is available.  The changes are some "0" --> NULL 
cosmetic changes and minor new logic to gather and report device bus 
information, e.g. where it is in the USB hierarchy.  This information is 
reported as a string through both a new sysfs variable (bus_info_str) 
and through the "bus_info" field returned as part of the v4l2_capability 
structure given in return to a VIDIOC_QUERYCAP request.
