[pvrusb2] New fwextract.pl available

I'll try posting a new fwfind.sh as soon as I can to make this
extraction really easy.

Matter of fact, I already have the new fwfind.sh, I just need to grab
the "just posted" fwextract.pl file to make sure everything works. ;-)
