[pvrusb2] pvrusb2-mci-20060318 : No decoder present

I just added a sentence or two in the documentation about this (same
section as where the CONFIG kernel options are discussed). Admittedly
this should be in the FAQ. I'll add that when I next update the FAQ
(which needs a rework anyway).
