You don't need both the ivtv and pvrusb2 kernel modules loaded
unless you have a WinTV-PVR-USB2 and another Hauppauge card
installed at the same time. I haven't tried running them
both at the same time.

This looks OK. Both prvusb2 and lirc_i2c are loaded.
You should check /dev/lirc* for something like:
[root at firkraag ~]# ls -l /dev/lirc*
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 5 Jan 26 22:31 /dev/lirc -> lirc0
crw-rw---- 1 root root 61, 0 Jan 22 20:40 /dev/lirc0
Now, you just need to get the lirc package to run.
