[pvrusb2] 2.6.16 rc4 git 9 compile error

ivtv part of pvrusb2-mci-20060209 will ont compile with 2.6.16 but you don't
need it. Every modules you need are in kernel mainline since 2.6.15.
You only need to compile the "driver" part of pvrusb2 (and of course compile
your kernel with all the needed modules).

I hope I'm not fully wrong ;)
