[pvrusb2] xawtv fix - test 2 revisited

Mike & all,

I did a complete reboot of my system and retested the
unpatched xawtv with pvrusb2 driver value set to 0x00.

I  DID NOT experience the audio distortion I mentioned
previously.

I also tested mplayer and vlc ... audio and video is good,
no problems observed.
