[pvrusb2] 2.6.17-rc1 out.

The driver didn't make it into 2.6.17.  I thought I had finished all the 
needed requirements by last Thursday night, but (1) those changes weren't 
pulled up into the V4L master repo until yesterday morning (2) then 
additional issues were raised in the last few hours of the merge window 
and (3) I didn't have the time or patience to address them.  Sorry about 
this :-(

The cx25840 module fix involving the adjustment of the FWSEND macro 
however did get in, so that's at least one less thing to worry about with 
the model 24xxx devices.
