[pvrusb2] Mythtv hangs on livetv

Mythtv hangs here during the first couple of seconds of livetv playback.

Using nvidia drivers (have tried several different versions).  This
started over the past month after upgrading a kernel and pvrusb2 driver
snapshots. (Still using the same pvrusb2 firmware for the past 3+ mos.)

I've seen this sporadically and have usually resolved this issue by
simply rebuilding/reinstalling the nvidia drivers (against the current
kernel source), checking /usr/src/linux is pointing to the proper
sources, and rebooting.  (I also might have tried rebuilding pvrusb2
source drivers and also powering-off the pvrusb2 device.)

Here's a log.  I'm guessing the issue isn't pvrusb2 related by mythtv
related as I *can* 'cat /dev/v4l/video0 > test.mpg' without a
problem. :-/
