[pvrusb2] FYI: Bug in fwextract.pl

I apologize in advance if this bug has already been reported or if this is
the wrong place to post this.

While running the latest pvrusb2 package and attempting firmware extraction,
I encountered the following error when I ran fwextract.pl:

Global symbol "@epfl" requires explicit package name at ./fwextract.pl line
165.
Execution of ./fwextract.pl aborted due to compilation errors.

Turns out that line 165 has an email ID that hasn't been commented out.

After removing the @ symbol, the script worked fine.
